2024 dates announced!
Exciting news….
We’re returning in 2024 with an even bigger event programme! For the first time ever and to make sure we have enough facilitates for everyone, we are holding all our events over two days, so there’s even more opportunities to explore what the Scheme has to offer.
Free to attend with plenty of free accessible parking, all our events offer the perfect opportunity to explore the latest vehicles and innovations, as well as a chance to speak to lots of different experts, all under one roof.
Here’s our full event line up for 2024!

As you can see, we’re kicking off with our flagship show, The Big Event Birmingham at the NEC on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 May. This event is the biggest show of the year, where you can see the largest selection of cars, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), adaptations, powered wheelchairs and scooters all in one accessible place. This is also the only event that hosts expert speaker sessions, offering a packed line up of real-life Scheme customer stories, mobility specialists, motoring industry experts and much more. Plus some exciting guest speakers will be announced in the spring – so watch this space!
The Big Event, Exeter, Harrogate and Edinburgh are next…
Whilst these events are smaller they still offer a great way to see a wide range of products available on the Motability Scheme and get your questions answered. At every event they’ll be a plenty of EVs to explore and information about leasing an EV on the Scheme. Plus, there will be live demos and advice about charging at home and on the go. This is a great opportunity to have all your questions answered about EVs and getting on the road.
At every event you’ll also have the unique opportunity to test drive a wide range of vehicles, including some fitted with popular driving adaptations, helping you choose a vehicle that best suits your needs.
