Prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) terms and conditions:

1. Open to anyone who receives an allowance that enables them to be eligible for the Motability Scheme. Employees of Motability or Motability Operations Limited, their families and any associated companies, agencies or suppliers are excluded from entering into this Prize Draw. By entering into Prize Draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Entry into this Prize Draw is free of charge.
3. To qualify for the Prize Draw, entrants must either bring their letter of invitation to The Big Event or register to enter the Prize Draw at The Big Event, this can be done at the reception or at the Motability Hub.
4. All entries must be submitted digitally at the Event.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted. No bulk or third-party entries are permitted.
6. No liability will be accepted for entries that are deemed invalid due to being illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or not submitted by the closing date stated in paragraph 8 of these terms and conditions.
7. The prize offered is 1 x Apple iPad mini.
8. Subject to these terms and conditions all entries received before the closing date will be entered into the draw. The closing date for submitting entries is Sunday 13 October 2024 at 11.59pm.
9. The Prize Draw will be held on Monday 14 October 2024 and the winner will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent observer. Motability Operations Limited’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the results of the Prize Draw.
10. Motability Operations Limited reserves the right to verify the entrant’s entitlement to relevant allowances with the DWP, Social Security Scotland or Veterans UK.
11. Motability Operations Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize equivalent to or of higher value than the originally advertised prize if not available.
12. The winner will be contacted in writing via email or post within 30 days of the drawing date. The prize includes delivery to one UK address. There is no cash alternative available.
13. Motability Operations Limited reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the winner in future promotions and publicity.
14. The winner has 30 days from the date of notification to claim the prize.
15. An unclaimed prize draw will take place if initial winner does not claim within 30 days of being notified (whether notification is by post or by email). There will be only one unclaimed prize draw.
16. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Motability Operations Limited, City Gate House, 22 Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 9HB (entries should NOT be sent to this address. Any entries or forms sent to this address will not be eligible for the prize draw).
17. Any information requested for the purpose of this Prize Draw will only be used to enable us to administer the draw and notify the winners. By submitting your personal information you are providing your consent for this personal information to be used for the purpose of this Prize Draw.
